New Roles

Dear Parents and Carers

At Reepham Primary, we are always striving to improve the quality of education we can offer for our children. As such, we have been considering what positive changes we can make. I am now delighted to announce that the following members of our team are taking on new roles:

• After nearly five very successful years as our Deputy Headteacher, Mrs Caroline Henry is now stepping up to become our Head of School.
• After many years as our EYFS Lead, and more recently as Senior Teacher in our leadership team and Nursery Manager for Reepham Nursery, Mrs Catherine Mallett, has now taken a promotion to become our Deputy Head of School.
• After stepping up to support our leadership team last term, our Yr6 Teacher, Charlie Wallis, is now joining this team permanently as a Senior Teacher.

These roles take effect immediately.

I will remain in my role as Executive Headteacher of Reepham and Bawdeswell Primary Schools, and I will still be working closely with Mrs Henry, Mrs Mallett, Mr Wallis and the rest of our amazing team to ensure that we continue to provide the best opportunities possible for all of our children. I hope you will join me in congratulating Mrs Henry, Mrs Mallett and Mr Wallis on their well-earned promotions.
